Our sales rep (Angel) was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed us the complete store and was able to help us pick out new furniture for our son who recently relocated to the Chicago area—he even located the exact mirror my son wanted online.

I got a great price for my beautiful and comfy sofas. I'm in love with my living room. Customer service was wonderful, and I like that she was not pushy. Delivery was fantastic, was updated at all times. Thank you Ashley.

Selina, the sales associate at the Burbank furniture store, was incredibly patient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. I usually dread going into furniture stores because the sales associates tend to hound you. However, Selina gave me the personal space I needed to make a thoughtful and stress-free purchases without feeling pressured. I highly recommend visiting the Burbank location and asking for Selina.

If I could leave zero stars I would. My in-store experience was fine. I purchased a table and 8 chairs, that had been the floor model, at a discount. However, the delivery experience was abysmal. I was given a 3 hour delivery window at my new house which is an hour drive from where I live now. I drove there and waited, and waited, and waited. When delivery was 45 minutes late, I called for a status update and was told that the delivery folks had broken part of my delivery. AND NEVER CALLED ME. The call center person was unsympathetic and kept me on the phone for 30 minutes and ultimately told me that I could accept a rescheduled delivery of an incomplete set at a future date, or that I could go back to the store and choose a different set at full price. I requested a refund (which customer service never even offered as an option) and drove another hour home. All total? Six wasted hours, not including time shopping, and still no dining room set. Please don’t waste your time buying furniture here.

Great experience today purchasing a new sofa, ottoman and recliner. Our salesperson Angelina was very pleasant and professional. She was thorough, efficient and helpful. We were out the door in 20 minutes, no pressure. Best experience we've had at a furniture store in a long time, maybe ever.
