Sleep Number

Called the store in the morning and discussed my problems with our older Sleep Number Bed. Jimmy was extremely helpful and gave us all the options to repair or replace the bed. It was a no pressure situation. He knew our wishes and knew his products and gave us a choice what would be best for us. We decided to buy a new mattress and other equipment and were very happy with his polite behavior and focus on our needs. He was very thoughtful and shared to make sure we were happy. Arnie who is the manager of the store chimed in and also helped give some guidance. Thank you for your help.

My husband and I had decided to replace our current sleep number bed. We had it for 15 years and we're always happy with it. We came to your Deer Park store and were helped by Jimmy. He had us lay on several beds and explained the various options. We told him what we wanted and how much we were able to spend. Jimmy tried the beds with our current numbers. We found the new beds allowed us to lower our numbers because of the new mattress options. After almost an hour, we settled on a bed that was perfect for us. Jimmy was a pleasure to work with. He made suggestions and we both are happy with our final decision. Sleep Number Beds are the best!

Our sleep expert, Arnie, at the Deer Park location was very knowledgeable about their products. He assisted my husband and me with questions and was very helpful in helping us determine the sleep number mattress that best fits our needs. We are excited to get our new sleep number mattress!

Never made us feel rushed, he was very friendly, and extremely knowledgeable.
