Today I was greeted by the kind face of Kelly, she was so welcoming and really took her time to show me all of the amazing mattress selections. Kelly was phenomenal and gave me information about every single mattress and was able to suggest different mattresses based off of my feedback. She ensured that I left with the most comfortable, beautiful mattress. She made mattress shopping fun, inviting and overall fostered such a loving and welcoming environment for her customers. I brought my grandmother to Mattress Firm Richmond last weekend, and we had an outstanding experience. This was her third time going out to buy a new mattress, but first time visiting Mattress Firm Richmond. As soon as we entered the store, Kelly greeted us with a smile and asked our names. My grandmother is open about the cognitive decline that she is facing, and Kelly was patient and understanding throughout the entire selection process. Kelly helped us narrow our choices down quickly and made budget friendly recommendations. Kelly is very knowledgeable and she helped assess the needs of my grandparents. Kelly was able to schedule a fast delivery on a timeline that worked for our family, and she explained the warranty/ 120 day trial period very well. I would consider this the most family-friendly sales experience I have ever had— especially since we had all 4 generations in the mattress store that day!
