Your sales associate, Nick, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient with us throughout our search of the showroom. Throughout our shopping experience, Nick was always providing us with options and to assist us in making the best choices for our budget. In the end, we purchased a beautiful dining room set and your big beautiful platinum plan, lol. In addition, Nick informed us that we could always add to the current bill and still receive your Family and Friends sale. Of course I want to go back for more!!! Extremely elated with the service we received. Thank you Nick.

Purchasing was easy. Sales person Dan was great to work with, however receiving our items has been a hassle. We were told the sofa was out of stock and would be in on a specific date so we should hear from them approx. 5 days later. So we decided to wait to have our dining room delivered at the same time. What a mistake! Well I waited 5 days past the time told and no one contacted me. Trying to call the store was another project within itself! The phone rings off the hook… it takes about 20 phone calls to hopefully get through. Well after being promised a delivery date… the night before j was told the sofa still wasn’t available. I decided to have the dining room delivered as I was promised that in 3 days the sofa would be in. Well sofa came in, but the loveseat became a potential issue. Night before next delivery I am still waiting to get in touch with someone at the store because my delivery window was never emailed to me as it should have been. Last purchase from this location!!

I came into the store to assist a friend with a purchase and was fortunate enough to be helped by Ms. Michelle P, the Showroom Manager. What an amazing employee of Raymour and Flanigan! Her patience, expertise and thoroughness were wonderful. My friend's issue was resolved perfectly. Due to Michelle's calm and expert explanations and recommendations, I ended up making a purchase which I believe will be a life changer. Thank you R & F for having such an exceptional person and representative of your company .

We visited this furniture store and were initially assisted by Brian and also spoke with the manager, Chris. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Yesterday, we were promised a certain discount, but today, when we returned, the staff — including the manager — behaved aggressively and unprofessionally. Instead of calmly explaining the situation, they spoke to us with a rude tone and attitude, making the experience very uncomfortable. Because of their behavior, we decided not to make a purchase, even though we had planned to buy about $5,000 worth of furniture. Based on our experience, we do not recommend this store to others.

Horrible place. We ordered table and chairs set, expensive set, table supposed to be 30 inch tall. They delivered us table 36 inches tall, we can use this table it’s too high, and they just refused to cooperate to replace it with proper height table. They never call back, they basically stole our money.
