Mauro DiCamillo was amazing from the moment we walked in. He greeted us pleasantly. He was extremely tolerant of my children while they explored the store, leaving their father and I to focus on our purchases. He was very straightforward and honest, giving us the best value for our money. He offered us water which was extremely considerate of him because it was so hot out! He explained everything thoroughly and double checked the receipt with me by his side. On our way out he offered us water again! After we left, my son said, "That guy Mauro was the best. He was so cool and he gave us water twice!" Couldn't have said it better myself!!

The lady that helped me was amazing. She was so relatable so kind so patient I enjoy shopping there because of her he helped me pick out the perfect sofa and I wasn’t even there too long. I immediately fell in love with her suggestions great customer service, including the person that sit at the desk to process a transaction. She was great also.

Salesman was very understanding he didn’t push me into buying anything. Any answered all of my questions and guided me to make a decision that me and my wife could agree upon. He really understood my needs.

Mark is the so knowledgeable and easy to talk to about what I needed. He was funny but professional and listened to all my concerns. He made the process seamless and I will definitely recommend to anyone!

Had the absolute best experience at this Raymour outlet. We were between so many different options and the store manager Mark helped us pick out the perfect match of furniture, including a mattress and sofa set. Mark was patient and kind, gave us time to browse and decide on the furniture that worked for us.
