Sleep Number

I had a great experience thanks to Alexis! He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable while helping me find the perfect pillow. He encouraged me to try several different options and took the time to explain the differences so I could choose the one that felt best for me. I never felt rushed, and his friendly, attentive service made the whole experience enjoyable. Thanks to Alexis, I left confident that I found the perfect pillow. Excellent customer service!

From the moment I walked into the store I felt very comfortable with the sales person Travis F. I compliment the way he explained each mattress and different options, wonderful customer service. I had to add to this review. I went back the following day to look into purchasing some accessories for my new mattress and I met a young lady, she’s a manager, her name is Diana, she was super friendly, very knowledgeable and a big help. I can’t wait to get my mattress delivered. I will definitely add to this review once I sleep in it. It was a total pleasure doing business with Sleep Number. 🙂

Diana was absolutely amazing! I originally went into Sleep Number just looking for information and to see what kind of deals were available during the Memorial Day sale. From the moment I walked in, Diana was funny, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable. She answered every question I had without making me feel pressured. Any time I brought up a concern or reason why I might not be able to move forward with the purchase, it was like she became the Fruit Ninja master — she chopped up every concern with patience, understanding, and real solutions. She helped me realize that with the Memorial Day deals and financing offers, getting my perfect Sleep Number bed was actually possible. She made the whole experience enjoyable, stress-free, and exciting. Excellent customer service like this is rare, and Diana truly went above and beyond. If you ever visit Sleep Number store in the Staten Island mall, I highly recommend asking for Diana, The Fruit Ninja Master!
