Mattress Firm South Power Road

We had an amazing experience with Thomas, Shane and Jason at Matress Firm. We stopped in to get some warranty information which they readily provided. We filed a claim for a (one-off) mattress issue with the claims department, and recieved a credit the following day. Fast, speedy and professional communication from the warranty department that was truly effortless and appreciated! Our mattress professional Thomas, provided us with all the important information on the brands in the showroom so we could decide on a new mattress that would fit our sleep style, comfort, and the need for a long term mattress life with a warranty to ensure our satisfaction. The selection of products to test out to help you select what is right for you is fantastic and the prices were on point for the quality. The fact that MF has a satisfaction guarantee to make sure you love it, speaks to the customer connection the company provides. Shane and Jason sealed the deal, placed our order, and set up delivery. Jason even took us through other additional bedding items they sell and found me the pillow of my dreams! Shane's expertise helped us decide between the two matresses we were debating. Our Tempur-Pedic medium hybrid king will be set up on Friday, and we cant wait! Easy, fast, informative, and we enjoyed our conversations with the team who are so friendly and professional. We highly recommend shopping at Mattress Firm on South Power right off the freeway!

I didn’t really expect much, but this was my last stop before making a decision for a new mattress. I’ve seen way too many mattress adds on Facebook, laid in all the beds at American Furniture warehouse and even considered a couple from IKEA, but ok Mattress Firm, you got my business! Tom was helpful, knowledgeable, very not pushy and did what he could to get me the best price possible. Found a Sealy that felt great, was on a really good sale that day and am even getting an adjustable base. Super excited and happy customer!

What a great selection of all the best brands. Jason and his team are very knowledgeable and informative. Plus, the process was low-pressure with amazing savings. The interest-free financing helped us get what we needed today! Highly recommend this Mattress Firm.

Shane was personable and helpful. He answered all my questions ☺️ He helped me find the best deal for my budget! I bought a DreamCloud mattress with adjustable base. I am thrilled with the quality of both the base and the mattress and can’t wait for delivery. !

From purchase to delivery.. everything was great! No high pressure to buy something.. Sales person Shane showed us the options we had that were within our budget.. My son selected what he liked and we purchased.. would definitely buy from Shane again!
