Christine was definitely helpful as well as accommodating towards our preferences. Patient and also offering helpful feedback on any inquiries. Showed a great level of experience with furniture and service. All in all a great conversationalist that remained consistent throughout the service. Level headed, a good listener, had an answer for every question, and professional. Definitely someone that I recommend when looking for furniture for any ocassion.

I am updating my review because I did receive a call from Andre, the store manager at their Pineville location. He wanted to make it right and have us come in and pick out a new living room set. We worked with Jennifer C. to pick out another couch and recliner for our living room. We greatly appreciate the call from Andre and thankful they heard me and allowed us to do the exchange for a leather couch set. Jennifer was awesome- friendly and professional.
