The sales rep, Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I like that we stayed within my budget and were able to test multiple mattresses to find the right one. Chris even went above by thinking about things that I didn’t such as a mattress cover that even covers the sides to protect the bed with my kiddos and animals. Today was a great experience!
View on GoogleSince 2017 myself and family members have used this location and had superior service. This last transaction unfortunately is the worst experience and we cannot recommend anymore. The positives: The Manager was absolutely great to work with and rectified one of two situations with a mattress issue and that was a seamless transaction. CON: The base we purchased was already over priced but we agreed to the $1599 to complete the purchase, our largest purchase and finance to date of over $6000. Fast forward to our first bill and see they charged us $2199.00 for the base (wood and a motor really). Something we would NEVER agree to as we are frugal and sensible. We spend two weeks tracking down the salesperson Tyler to whichever location he is filling in and he advised basically that its too bad, you signed the paperwork and on top of it proceeds to argue that its basically our fault. Yes, it is our fault that we trusted our salesperson to correctly enter the information and we didn't see the totals. We were willing to even keep the overpriced base to avoid any returns as long as they credit the overcharge but under no circumstances are we willing to get stuck with a $2200 purchase of a base, absolutely ridiculous. Feels like the old bait and switch tactic, be wary of what you buy!!!!!!
View on GoogleLeah is great. We made a second purchase from her today. She remembered us and was very accommodating. Can't wait to get my adjustable base and new mattress.
View on GoogleWe had the best service ever from Angela and Andrew the two of them are quite the team. I’m in hopes that whenever I have an issue, I can go back to the Queen Creek store and have the same two people! Our friends from Toronto Basin also bought that’s how we found out about Mattress firm. If it were me, I wouldn’t make any changes to the Queen Creek Two awesome sales people Thanks, Brian and Lisa Swanson
View on GoogleGreat customer service and delivery team very friendly and courteous. Something to work on is a much shorter deliv time. Was given 7a - 8p. Having a 2 hr block would’ve been nice 😉 Otherwise, very happy with deal and product.
