Mattress Firm Van Ness

I initially purchased a mattress online and when it was delivered, it was far too firm. So I went to the store to test mattresses in person, and I was helped by a sales person who was extremely patient, gracious and kind. He explained the differences in the mattresses and I ended up buying the more expensive mattress but it has been delivered and it is an amazing and comfortable mattress. I ended up spending $1500 more but at this point and at my age, I can’t put a price on a good night’s sleep. I’m thankful for the kindness that was showed to me and the patience as well. I highly recommend in store mattress purchases from Mattress Firm on Van Ness Ave. in San Francisco California.

​I had an absolutely exceptional experience at this Mattress Firm location, entirely thanks to Hunter and Efren. Shopping for a new bed setup is a major investment and can easily feel overwhelming and stressful, but they went above and beyond to make the entire experience genuinely fun and enjoyable. ​They were incredibly kind, super thorough, and deeply knowledgeable. I was trying to weigh out several different decisions, and they were so patient with me the entire time, making sure I knew exactly what I was getting and what my absolute best options were. This was hands-down first-rate customer service. Corporate management needs to give Hunter and Efren the serious kudos they deserve—they are an absolute credit to the company!

My experience so far is positive. The sleep expert (Manny) who initially assisted me was professional, personable and open about the delivery expectation, although I hear he no longer works there. Andreas took over and is really on top of things. I get the mattress/box spring in a few days and I can’t wait!!

Andreas went above and beyond with walking me through my preferences and helping me select the right mattress for me. This was a big purchase but, felt zero buyers remorse! I am really looking forward to getting some good Zzz’s! Thank you Andreas for your help and expertise!

The experience was easy and Manny made sure everything went smoothly!! He was sensitive to my budget and was incredibly beyond helpful!! Thank you Manny!! :-) I recommend anyone that needs a bed to go to Mattress Firm , Manny will take care of you and you will be so happy and amazed!! The delivery was very professional and efficient. They were fast yet it all was perfect!! I LOVE my bed!!! 🤗
