Mattress Gallery at P.C. Richard & Son

We recently purchased a stove and dishwasher here with salesperson Remon as replacements. The dishwasher was broken at some point in the install which caused a lot of headaches. However I must commend Remon on being helpful every step of the way. He coordinated getting a replacement dishwasher and a different install team that setup everything perfectly. My faith in PC Richard has been restored thanks to him.

Unfortunately, I went to the store to purchase a new washing machine, dryer, and Ninetendo Switch but no one tried to help me in the 20 mins I was there. All of the employees were sitting at their desks on computers. It was really weird. Another person walked in, older gentleman and they ran to him. I decided to walk out and go to Bestbuy. So disappointing.

Manager of East Hanover-Whippany store , Giavon, ( unsure if spelling) was extremely accommodating and patient when mom elderly mom was having trouble with her newly purchased washer. Great Al around customer service which we think is most important

I'm not kidding - I never thought I'd care enough to leave a review for an appliance store, but this place was exceptional top to bottom. Anthony was our sales person, and man was he just a pleasant guy. We went with the Frigidaire Gallery package and he even alerted me several weeks later when the price went down for the whole package and we saved like $500. He was extremely responsive to texts as we awaited delivery, and even the delivery guys were super nice. Just an all around great experience with these guys.

Brian at the PC Richards Whippany store provided excellent customer service to us today. We had an issue with our TV and Brian worked with us to quickly resolve our issue. He was very kind, understanding, patient and courteous. I highly recommend Brian and the PC Richards Whippany store. Thank you Brian, we will definitely be back.
