Mattress Gallery at P.C. Richard & Son

I had a great experience at PC Richard & Son thanks to Wally. He was very helpful and knowledgeable while assisting me with purchasing a coffee machine and a wall mount. Wally took the time to explain my options and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I really appreciated his patience and professionalism. Highly recommend asking for Wally if you need help!

I honestly can not say enough good things about the union location in general. However, the one salesman "LaLa", deserves an enormous amount of recognition. Not only is he super informative, and really knows every single in and out of the products he's selling, but he truly goes way way above and beyond for his customers. Lala told us should we have any issues after our items were delivered to call him personally (gave his personal cell) and he would handle whatever it was. Well, the chair we had purchased showed up on delivery day with a broken remote. The warehouse wanted us to wait an entire week for another remote. We called Lala, and he had one in our hands the next day. He's a Rockstar and truly knows the meaning of customer service. Wish I could give him a raise, but a raving review will have to suffice! Thanks again Lala!

Great experience at the Mattress Gallery in Union! The team was super helpful, not pushy at all, and really knew their stuff. They helped me find the perfect mattress at a fair price, and delivery was quick and easy. I’ve been sleeping better ever since. Highly recommend this location!

Today we spent the afternoon with Rohan at the Union NJ store. We purchased a kitchen package, and washer/dryer all with extended warranty. He was very professional and knowledgeable about all the products. Between he and his GM Robert they give us the best deal possible. If you need appliances please stop by to see him. You will be very pleased.

I thank pc Richard for my soft bed cause lord I needed it. Thanks Luis Sierra thank u for your help and patience.
