We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The store manager (Leo?) was amazing—personable, patient, and genuinely helpful. He answered all of our questions without any pressure or attempts to steer us into a purchase. We never felt rushed and really appreciated how accommodating he was. We ended up purchasing on the spot because we had done our research and knew we were getting a great deal. Our mattress was delivered professionally and right on time just three days later. Overall, it was an excellent, stress-free experience, and we couldn’t be happier.

I hope mattress warehouse realizes what an asset they have in their sales manager, Leo. I first bought a bed from him when he was with Sleepys. He left Sleepys for mattress warehouse… I followed. He puts you in the right bed. He is patient. Polite. Genuinely friendly, and doesn’t come across like a “salesman.” You get honest experienced guidance and no pressure service. And, if something goes wrong, he does everything he can to make the customer right. This review is not so much for the store, more for the salesman! The best thing they did was hire Leo. As always, thanks for your help. I’ll see you on the next one!

Leo at the mattress warehouse was really helpful. He took the time show us all of the options that fit our sleep preference, body type, and budget. We found a fit pretty quickly and he was especially thorough with all kinds of information about each mattress. I really appreciated that he wasn't just trying to upsell us to a more expensive model, just that we walked away satisfied.

Leo was extremely patient and knowledgeable. I walked in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, and when I realized it wasn’t quite right, he was able to guide me to my “just right” mattress, which was in the same price range.

We've bought three mattress from this location, and each time the customer service was phenomenal. Leo was very knowledgeable and helpful. He really knows his stuff, and made the whole process super easy. Highly recommend!!
