I am so happy with the service i received from Kayla (not sure of the spelling) in Wyomissing store . She reallly is patient and knowlegable. Her attention to detail was very helpful. She never pushed a sale just listened and made honest suggestions. The establishment is also very clean. Information about materials: number of Coils, etc is presented clearly and thoroughly. I received my new bed the next day. Prices are normal. I also liked their computer bedmatch that matched me with the right bed for me. I had already picked the one they suggested before i took the test. All together a very positive experience! And a wonderful bed ! Thank Gd!
