Mattress World Northwest Scappoose

Gabby was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Such excellent service is rare! I got exactly what I wanted and need. He found the adjustable base max for the snow max Casper mattress. although it was not in the system. Brandan was able to found by calling the company! Above and beyond service. Thank you Gabby and Brandon, from a very happy customer

Gabby was amazing to work with. This was so much more than just buying a mattress. We learned about deep sleep and the restoration properties. Gabby showed us no less than 6 mattress to accommodate a side sleeper and a back sleeper. We talked thru pillow tops and memory foam and landed on a Beauty Rest Black. And to create a true sleep experience we purchased the pro smart base. Thank you Gabby for answering all our questions, more than once, and helping us understand the benefits. Financing was available and we got super quick delivery. We are customers for life.

We went to the Scappoose store to look for an adjustable split king bed and met Gabby who helped us through looking for and giving us the information we needed to decide what we wanted with a price we could afford. He was super helpful and we feel very happy with the bed, as it does everything we needed and wanted and is super comfortable with my back, hip and osteoporosis issues!!! Happy mother's day and 79th birthday to me! Thank you so much gabby!!! P.S. The delivery men came right on time and were super efficient and very pleasant to deal with! Thank you all! 🥰

This was my husband and I's first time purchasing a mattress at a mattress store, and the experience did not disappoint! I'm very particular with my mattresses, you could say somewhat of the "princess and the pea" sort of situation, and Gabby was up for the task. He helped us find the perfect mattress that checked all the boxes. He was incredibly thorough and friendly and even treated our kids with such warmth and kindness. Also, it was clear he really knows his stuff because I definitely asked a LOT of questions. Thank you for your patience with me Gabby! I am forever grateful for your assistance.

Gabby was incredible to work with! He helped us immediately and efficiently while also being incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. He made everything easy, stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend working with him!
