Mattress World Northwest Downtown Portland

Mattress world was a great experience. It’s a family run business with exceptional customer service. Ross was willing to take the time to get to know us and our needs to help us find exactly what we were looking for. He had a lot of knowledge about the different brands, construction, materials and features. The selection was wide, there was around 40-50 beds to try out. The store was clean and friendly. We tried other stores and came back to Ross because the experience, price, and mattress was the best. The delivery was less than 2 weeks and all included for free. Recommend highly if you are in the market for a bed in the Portland metro area.

Ross and Christy were extremely helpful in finding us the perfect mattress. They took the time to explain everything we needed to know and made the whole process easy and comfortable. We also loved supporting a family-owned business—it made the experience even better. Truly great support all around (in more ways than one).

My husband and I might be the most indecisive shoppers in the great Pacific Northwest. Ross was patient, kind, and really helpful in our quest to distill what our wants and needs were for our next mattress. He’s super knowledgeable and I’m glad we decided to stop by, cannot recommend enough.

We had a fantastic experience at Mattress World! Ross was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. We really appreciated being given the freedom to try out all the different beds at our own pace so we could truly find the perfect fit for us. The whole process felt relaxed and easy, which made a big difference.

Ross was very helpful in explaining the various mattress technologies and designs. He worked with his finance team to secure a deal on a high quality mattress within my budget. I would highly recommend supporting this family-owned business 1323 NE Broadway in Portland.
