Mattress World Northwest Hillsboro

Sean was very helpful in getting us the best mattress for our needs and budget. We had a rough idea of what we wanted, but he helped us hone in on exactly the right options. He was also very patient as we spent an hour flipping back and forth (quite literally!) on half a dozen mattresses. We ended up picking the Beautyrest in the photo. A few days later, the delivery happened right on schedule. The guys were great and arrived toward the beginning of the three-hour window, took the old mattress with care, and were awesome to deal with. We're very satisfied with our experience and know where to look the next time we need anything bed-related.

I went here a little while ago and the employee there Sean Linn was very knowledgeable about my comfort needs. I was looking for comfort over a bed and he showed me 2 different massage chairs to try. We did a demo of both and I loved it!

We had a great experience at Mattress World in Hillsboro. Sean was extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend buying a mattress from this store!

Sean is an amazing associate! He really listens to what you need in a mattress for support, firmness and cooling. He's very informative and knows all the details about each mattress in store without being overbearing. My partner and I took our time trying out most of the mattresses in store. I ended up gravitating multiple times to the Helix Midnight Elite so thats what I ended up going with and for a nice sale too! They were able to take my old matress and deliver my new Mattress NEXT day! Really love this store!

I went in a few days after the start of the year toward the end of the business day not quite knowing what I was after, and Sean Linn was there. Friendly, patient, and knowledgeable are three words I would use when describing Sean, and he didn't bat an eye when I ended up staying an hour past close on the first visit. The next evening I made it about 45 min before closing, again Sean did stay past close to help and step me through financing and explain the process for delivery, how the base worked, etc. Helpful and friendly, local oregon business, good sized location with many options to look at and try, what is not to like? Definitely stop by here when it comes time to get a new bed.
