Mor Furniture for Less Warehouse

Their staff did not communicate with our salesperson that they would be taking an hour off right after opening so we had to waste an hour waiting for them to be open at noon when we arrived at 11. The receptionist was extremely condescending and rude and kept badgering us about who arrived first (there were two other parties) only for them to grab all of our furniture at the same time anyway which added almost an additional half hour onto the already hour wait.

What an awesome place, our salesman Hussein was perfectly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! The quality of furnishings is great and we got so many deals. Also Brian the loader was so friendly and helpful as well! Can't wait to furnish the rest of our home!

DO NOT PURCHASE HERE. We purchased an entertainment center yesterday. Today my partner went to pick it up and he specifically asked if they could make sure it was good to go because it is a long drive for us. They said yes. When he arrived, he asked again as he could tell that the box had not been opened. They said it was great. He got it home and we immediately opened it to find an unusable and broken piece. When we called back they said we needed to drive back (45min drive) drop it off and then come back in a few weeks to pick up a new one. That is ridiculous. Overpriced and then you want me to spend 3+ hours for your mistake ??? Please do not use this store. It's not worth the risk.

This review is for the warehouse, not for the actual stores. I had the worst experience when it came to picking up our table from the warehouse. Waited more than 3 months to pick up the table and kept telling me they are having issues with shipments. After much waited, they confirmed my table was ready for pick up. Went down there and waited and then finally informed me that the table that they have was already installed and returned by another customer who did not like the table. After inspecting, I declined due to some minor scratches and told that I wanted a new table that is not opened and installed. They told me that their next shipment would come the next week and they would deliver it for free. After much back and forth, I agreed and the following week, I got message and scheduled for delivery. A day before the table was scheduled for delivery, I got a call saying that the table they have again is the same table that I rejected. At this point, I was mad and I cancelled the order. Thankfully, they did okay in refunding my money which I paid them more than 3 months ago.
