labis was so friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. he made us feel really comfortable and took the time to understand what we were looking for. he answered all our questions, and never made us feel rushed. you could tell he genuinely cared about helping us find the right mattress. thanks to him, we found one we loved and took it home the same day! he was just great to deal with, super kind and easy to talk to ◡̈
