Had a great experience with Chris. He heard what we needed and the price range we were comfortable with. He suggested several options in line with what we were looking for. No upsell, no hassle, the most chill mattress buying experience I have had. Come for the mattress, stay for the funny banter between Chris and his co-worker Joe. All in all a painless and easy time!

Andy greeted us at the door as soon as we walked in. He was very knowledgeable of all the beds he had on his sales floor. We told him what kind of bed we were looking for and he gave us a few options. We ended up buying a King size mattress. Very good service. I worked with Andy to run our fundraiser. Andy is amazing to work with. Communication with Andy is top notch. We do our sale with a rummage sale and it seems to be a win win! Mattress World offered fantastic deals to the customers who shopped the fundraiser. And if customers couldn’t shop the sale they could go into a store and place an order. I want to also recognize the staff that come to set up and pack up. They are very personable and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about working with Mattress World! I love supporting a company that supports our students.

Buying a mattress from Joe Werner at this Mattress World deserves a 10 STAR review.. Hands down the best customer service. I have dealt with low back pain/pressure every morning for the last 20+ years. I spent months of research and countless hours in multiple bed stores. Thought I had it all figured out until I walked into Mattress World and met Joe. I told him exactly what I wanted and asked if he could beat the price I was quoted from other mattress stores. Instead of just saying yes and beating it by a small dollar amount and calling it an easy sale, he actually started asking questions on why I was set on that mattress, took the time to explain things that most sales people don't admit and was very knowledgeable. He didn't have me lay on every mattress and try to sell that mattress, he just made one recommendation and I started questioning all that research I had done.. Thought it was too good to be true and that he was just a great salesman trying to upsell me on a mattress I've never heard of. Looking back now, I somehow feel like I owe him more money. Very happy that Mattress World has their own delivery team. They showed up on time on delivery day and were very professional, worked quickly, polite and trustworthy. Once they left I had an issue with one of the adjustable bases so I called Joe and he made it painless to have that replaced the following day. Outstanding customer service and delivery team! We have had the bed for 3 weeks now and we wake up with absolutely NO low back pressure or pain!!!! It is truly mind blowing. A big thank you to Joe for not just taking the easy road and for dealing with my OCD to find us a really good bed. Best part... Not only did Joe somehow know how to fix my back pain better than doctors, but he even gave us a deal on a better quality mattress & bed frame while also still beating every other price I was quoted. Very Grateful!! I have already started spreading the word to everyone I know. Never thought Id say...... I know a Bed Guy! Thanks again Joe.
