I was waiting to make this review until my couch was delivered, but I just have to say that my experience at this store was amazing. It’s such a cute shop and there are so many options. The team member I worked with was very kind and helpful. Now that my couch was delivered (excellent logistical experience), and it’s in pristine condition, I can confidently highly recommend Milwaukee Furniture!

The staff are incredibly kind, responsive, helpful, transparent, and knowledgeable. The experience of shopping here feels so personal and warm. Adam, one of the lovely staff reached out to me even before I had completed my online order to address my questions and concerns, and was accessible and available throughout the purchase and delivery process. The process of purchase and delivery was so smooth and efficient. Staff communicated with me throughout the entire process to keep me posted on item availability, quality, and delivery times. The delivery and installation staff were so gracious, experienced, efficient, and kind. I can say, with much confidence, that I am a lifelong customer now. This store has a wide selection of high quality items, and I am so pleased with the items I ordered. They are beautiful, sturdy, comfortable, and exactly what I expected and needed. There was a small issue with one or the pieces I ordered and Adam and the installation and delivery staff took the initiative to resolve the issue without hesitancy. If you’re looking for great, attentive service, quality furniture, affordable prices, and a positive, easy shopping experience, I think you’ll appreciate this store and connecting with its lovely staff.

View on GoogleWe have wanted a sectional for a while and stopped into Milwaukee Furniture as we live nearby. We weren’t sure if we’d find a couch to fit our room’s measurements, but the associates were incredibly helpful and accommodating (not pushy). After shopping around a bit, we decided to purchase the Modmax sectional. We are SO HAPPY with our couch, and the service was great. It was delivered and set up inside our place a week after ordering, even during a snow storm. We are so glad to support a local business instead of a big corporate chain, and happy to know we have a great neighborhood furniture spot for future needs.
