My experience in the store was pleasant but I never got my mattress. I went on the 18th and it was to be delivered on the 26th then the 29th. It supposedly got lost somewhere. They didn't seem to care if I got it or not. I cancelled my order today on the 4th. It really shouldn't be that hard to buy a mattress.

View on GoogleGreat customer service for the first time ever i felt like they were genuinely helping choose the right mattress for my needs and not just wanting to up sell me. Ask for Jovanny he was great! I was also able to purchase a sofa, they are part of Mor Furniture so i was able to get everything i need without having to go elsewhere. I added a picture of the mattress i bought it was so comfortable.
