We went into Mattress Firm for the first time, and had a excellent experience! Spencer was very kind and friendly! He shared with us so much information that we were grateful to learn. He had another customer, and a phone call with a previous customer while we were there and handled the time with each of us so patiently and respectfully. We appreciated that. We bought a mattress WE wanted, and no pressure at any time. The knowledge he shared helped us to decide on the perfect mattress for our needs. (Both over 60 yr.s old) Give this store a try!

Nick was awesome and helped me narrow down all the options and helped me find a bed that would work for me in my budget. Considering I was shopping for me and my partner(who wasn’t there) he took all the feedback and helped me find something that would work for both and always put my partner’s preferences into the decision making process! He wasn’t pushy, he was knowledgeable and cared about my experience. I’ve been shopping online forever and going in store was a better experience because I didn’t have to read and believe a bunch of reviews, I got to try it for myself. 10 out of 10 do recommend. My partner and I are upgrading mattress size and I was trying to figure out what kind of mattress my current one was for the longest time (inexpensive, super comfy, ordered it online a long time ago, didn’t have any info on the tag, and I must’ve deleted the email at some point). Kimberly asked me a few questions about it and we very quickly identified what kind it was and it was absolute perfection when I laid down. It was 60% off, so we bought it right away. We were in and out in maybe 10 minutes. Incredible service, straight to the point, no trying to sell us something more expensive. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a new mattress.

Nick was the BEST! I came in to help my daughter get a box spring and had such good experience, that I decided to continue with purchasing a new bed (much needed). He took care of us both - listened to what we wanted and delivered! He's the best! Definitely go see Nick, he'll take care of you!

I first bought a mattress last February/March from Spencer at the SE 82nd location. He was so very helpful and attentive, accommodating me based on my budget and bad back. I determined (after a couple months) that the mattress was too soft for my arthritic back, and knew I needed a more firm mattress instead. I learned (when I bought cooling sheets at the 82nd location) that he had moved locations. I knew he would work hard to take care of me, so I traveled the ten miles to the Jantzen Beach location to get his help. He once again was pleasant to work with and made my experience at Mattress Firm completely satisfying. The company is lucky to have him.
