I love this sleep number location. I bought my bed 5 years ago and have continued to return for the incredible deals on pillows, bedding and sleep accessories. Jim and Nicole are a dynamic duo & always make sure I get the best deals on all the items I need to make my sleep more restful! Don’t hesitate to check them out. Sleep number is a great company, but the employees at this location are the true magic of what has made my partner and me life long customers. Just worked with Nichole on my first "big boy bed" purchase. I loved the store, it was quiet and I really got to try every product and ask questions like I would at the Apple Store. You can tell this company values health and wellness. I researched for a year and found that these are truly the only (other than waterbeds) beds that do not trap heat because they are ceramic chambers filled with air. For the first time in my life I am sleeping without sweating and my bed feels exactly how my body prefers. The tracking data is incredible on the bed itself. These are not "online matresses" that can just be delivered to your door. This is a piece of technology that makes you healthier and eliminates all the traditional challenges we face during going and staying asleep. I am a huge fan, and have nevber slept better. The sales experience reminded me of how we used to shop, when people cared, and really wanted to make sure you left in what you wanted but also what actually works. I have had great follow up and already got a set of sheets free with the rewards! Thank you Nichole and Jim!

A great experience from the start! We had a problem with our original sleep number bed losing air on one side. The agent that helped us troubleshoot was helpful and we would need a new air chamber. Since our bed was over 10 years old we decided to shop for a new sleep number mattress. Jim at the Portland store was able to find our original account, the online chat with the trouble shooting agent, listened to our needs, showed us our options and helped us find our new bed! It was a seamless, smooth process. The delivery team was amazing and got our old mattress out and our new one in and set us up with the app, programmed our new adjustable base remote in under 30 minutes and yet they were so chill and friendly. We appreciate Jim, and our delivery team who went above and beyond! It’s not common to find this level of service anymore and it deserves recognition 🤩

I worked with Jim, the Store Mgr., on several occasions. Ordering sheets, updating my data in the system & arranging for my bed setup — everything was handled in a professional & knowledgeable manner. Jim was always friendly and supportive, providing a rare level of customer service that can be hard to find these days. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim, his store & the Sleep Number products!

Zak was incredibly helpful in finding the perfect bed for my post-surgery recovery. He’s easy to talk to and genuinely funny. We even discussed future deals for the rest of my family, and I’ll definitely be returning when he’s working.
