Hubby and I were looking for a comfy living room set to replace our old one. We had no intention of actually buying something that day, just wanted to look around and get a feel for what we may be looking for. Lana greeted us when we came in, gave us the rundown of how the store was laid out and how to read the furniture description signs. She showed us a couple of pieces, then let us be while we browsed on our own for a bit. We found the perfect couch and chair combo, and Lana was right there when we needed her. She answered all our questions, gave us delivery and quote options, and was so incredibly helpful. We ended up purchasing the set we fell in love with, and left the store feeling very happy and satisfied with the service she provided. Lana was professional, helpful, and we truly appreciated her assistance, experience and knowledge.

I am writing this review because the level of service I received from Robin and Khalil at Ashley Furniture was nothing short of phenomenal. They truly went above and beyond to ensure I had a seamless shopping experience. Not only were they incredibly attentive to my style preferences and budget, but their teamwork and positive attitude made the whole process enjoyable. It is rare to see this level of dedication to customer satisfaction. Outstanding job!

I bought a bedroom set here that's truly gorgeous and solid and it looks great. *However* it arrived with a damaged headboard and I received the wrong dresser. They then tried to give me a damaged floor model dresser and it ended up taking them over 7 weeks from the time of initial delivery and close to a dozen phone calls to the local store to fix it. Even after I let the store know that I'm disabled and sleeping on the floor is extremely difficult for me and painful to get up there was no rush to fix this and they didn't offer anything to offset the major inconvenience. So, the furniture is great but pray you don't have a single thing wrong because you'll have a horrific experience getting it fixed. That aside, my salesperson was Antonio and he was so friendly, not pushy, and really knowledgeable.
