Sleep USA Mattress

Amazing customer service! I just went in today and wasn’t sure wanted I was looking for and Sam helped me as soon as I walked in the door. I decided what works best for me and it was in stock and he delivered it a few hours later. I highly recommend them for knowledge and customer service and they have a huge selection of the best brands. Will definitely be back we we finish our other bedrooms.

My girl Donna and I walked into Sleep USA on Wednesday April 15th and met Jaron. The inviting atmosphere was felt immediately. He greeted us and asked us what we may be looking for. We had mentioned to him that we were looking for a foundation to replace our broken down box spring. He directed us to a basic affordable foundation that met our needs. Then he mentioned that he had just received a new shipment of better foundations they were going to start selling. He looked it up on the computer and stated he had a queen size in stock. Not only did he sell us an upgraded foundation, he saved us $100 to which Donna smiled big. We purchased it and set up a next day delivery. Much to our surprise, who pulled up but Jaron the salesman himself. Never had a salesman go from “store to door!” What a guy. Our sleeping experience has never been better. If you need any sleeping essentials, please don’t hesitate to go ask this young man at Sleep USA! JARON! You rock!!! Blessings from Donna and Curtis!

I stopped in the store this past weekend to just see what they had and ended up leaving with everything I needed. Less than a week later, it's already set up in the house! We have been looking for a firm mattress with an adjustable frame for my disabled dad, and Sam knew exactly where to point me. He didn't try to up sale me on stuff I didn't need. It was a wonderful experience, and the price was very affordable for any budget. Not to mention, they got everything setup in less than 30 minutes. Thanks again you guys!

My wife and I started looking for a mattress for our new bed and after visiting several mattress stores in Cleveland we decided to buy at the Sleep USA store. On our first visit for over an hour and the salesman was very helpful and we narrowed down our search to 3 different mattresses. The next day we went back to ask a few questions and decide which one to buy. The salesman we talked to the day before was not there so we talked to a different salesman who was very nice and helpful but kept trying to sell us an expensive foundation we did not want. We told him we would get our own foundation but then was told this could endanger our mattress warranty. My wife then asked about mattress protection covers and was shown some very expensive ones they sell. We again said we would get our own then were told if we did not buy theirs it would endanger our 120 day trial period. I started feeling like we were being forced to buy their accessory products by threatening the loss of the trial period and 10 year warranty. I voiced to him how I felt, said I understand being required to have an acceptable foundation and protective cover to meet the manufacturer’s requirements but should not be required to buy theirs. I asked who has final say on this, Sleep USA or the manufacturer and he said Sleep USA decides. I then told him they have a nice store and seem to be a good group of people but this was bad business to threaten the loss of warranty and trial period for not buying and using their products. We left the store, went to the manufacturer’s website and bought the mattress we wanted (actually a more expensive additional $1000 version) and there were no requirements stated like Sleep USA was saying. The manufacturer does have requirements but explicitly state those requirements (ie., must use a foundation with slats less than 5” apart) for the warranty but nowhere do they state those requirements must be met with the products they sell. Again nice store, nice people but bad business practice that lost a $2000 sale today. Reply to Owner: Neither the sleep trial nor the warranty is important to us, as I never expect to utilize those. You totally missed the point of my review, my issue was with your salesman using those two things to attempt to intimidate us to buy Sleep USA’s foundation and protective cover. He is the one who first mentioned the warranty and the sleep trial and he only did that after trying to push a Sleep USA foundation on us. When we said we would get our own that is when the warranty and sleep trial was used by the salesman to intimidate us. We had already decided on a mattress and would have bought it that day if he had not started pushing the foundation, but it went downhill from there.

These guys are top notch and did what they promised without fail. From helping us find the right product for us, to keeping us informed on the status of our order, to the final delivery and assembly, the whole experience was awesome. The next time I’m in the market for a new bed, I’ll be back.
