First time customer with Naturepedic, and I was very well taken care of by Brice. He answered every question I had, and went over their return policy in case the mattress isn't a good fit. Not only was he helpful, but very kind and courteous. I'm very happy with their excellent customer service, and I can't wait for my mattress! Thank you Brice!
View on GoogleTaylor has gone over and above to exceed our expectations of customer service on multiple occasions now. It's one of the primary reasons we keep coming back to this store! Really appreciate all the help Brice has provided too. Really happy with every interaction we've had here.
View on GoogleWe had a terrible experience with Sleep Number (Climate 360); the bed (not sure if it was the base or the mattress) smelled awful. When I used my air quality meter (Temtop M2000 2nd gen) to assess air quality, it showed 0.200 mg/m³ of HCHO (formaldehyde), which explained the smell. This was double the concentration considered safe by the WHO. This bed is obviously going back to Sleep Number. In search of a new bed, I came across the Naturepedic website and was pleasantly surprised by the fact that they had GreenGuard certificates for their products. I needed to know which EOS Trilux mattress configuration was closest to Sleep Number's firmness of 80. I used the chat function on the Naturpedic website and did not expect much enthusiasm or knowledge from whoever was going to reply in that chat (I was very wrong on that). To my surprise, the person who replied to my question actually did their research by going to Sleep Number's website, learning about their firmness numbers, and then recommending the configuration of the EOS mattress. That person was Taylor Cox. Taylor's advice was very close to what I figured out on my own, which was reassuring. I bombarded Taylor with questions (to better understand how to go about the order). Taylor patiently answered every question in great detail. By the time I was ready to make an order, I learned that Taylor was working in the physical store that was located in Oregon; I live in Texas. I placed an order with Taylor because I did not want an online store or some random store in Texas to benefit from all the help Taylor provided. If you are looking for a new bed, I highly recommend this store and would advise you to reach out to Taylor Cox (regardless of where you live).
View on GoogleBrice helped me find the perfect mattress for my husband and I at the Portland Naturepedic store. I was visiting from out of town and stopped in and he was very friendly and informative, letting me try different options out and offering education about which type of mattress may fit our needs the best based on our height, weight, and sleeping styles. Our mattress was just delivered and exceeds our expectations in both comfort and esthetic, we love it! Thanks Brice and team!
View on GoogleI highly recommend Naturepedic mattresses! Going into the store to test the different firmness options is a must. O definitely would have ordered the wrong one if I hadn’t gone in. Brice, the sales associate, was incredibly helpful and patient. We spent over an hour trying different mattresses and firmness levels, and he was so informative the entire time. I’m truly grateful he was there to guide us. We ended up ordering new mattresses, and I can’t wait for them to be delivered. The store manager, Taylor, was also kind and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. Brice and Taylor really made the shopping process exceptional, and I highly recommend visiting this store. A few days later, I needed to make a change to my order and emailed Brice. He responded promptly and took care of everything right away. From now on, I’ll be ordering anything I need through Brice instead of online. You just don’t get that level of customer service from ordering online.
