We recently purchased a second mattress from Gregory at OC Mattress. Both times he’s made it as easy as can be. He’s friendly and not pushy, at all. He’s definitely not a car salesman! We love our new mattress. My back doesn’t hurt anymore, and I get a good nights sleep. Our guests have loved the new mattress we put in the guest room. We’ve loved our experiences (and mattresses) so much we’ve recommended Gregory and OC Mattress to family and friends. My sil and bil relocated to Orange County last year and purchased three (3!) mattresses from Gregory, and had a great experience, as well. They’re also loving their mattresses. Wonderful experience at this OC Mattress location thanks to Gregory. He helped my wife and I select the perfect mattress for our needs, was polite, passionate about helping us, and not at all pushy about making a sale. I was dreading shopping for a mattress before we came here, but the process turned out to be fun and fulfilling. The delivery process also went smoothly and we are loving our new mattress. Can't say enough good things about our experience here!

Greg is the absolute man here at OC Mattress. Personable, professional, not pushy but very informative. The follow up after the purchase was bar none. Multiple times he has reached out to inform me of delivery, how it was received, and how I was liking the mattress over the weeks after. Highly recommend if you can to swing by.

I recently purchased a mattress from the salesman Gregory in Huntington Beach. My mattress has improved my back pain and sleepless nights of tossing and turning. I purchased the OC Mattress’s named brand In medium firmness. Gregory is very knowledgeable and took his time to educate my Mom and I on quality of mattresses and brands. I appreciate all his help and support he put into his sale. I highly recommended to my friends and family to come see Gregory at OC Mattress, for a 5 star experience.

Update: (23-6-16) The replacement "Airloom" firm mattress taht we had received started to sag again in about two months and I have ended up reporting it again. The inspection company came over and measured of 1 inch sinking. to make it clear, the sleeping person weight is about 180 lbs. with an aberage 8 hours of sleep per day. I have a cheaper mattress 10 yrs old with much heavier usage and still in good conditions. Sounds like there is serious quality issue with atleast "Airloom" brand in OC mattress. Update: (22-12-2022) Sales manager of the OC mattress has contacted me regarding the issue and they are proactive to find out what is the issue and how it can be resolved. As a result he has contacted Airloom and has the approval for a replacement on the faulty mattress. Original review (01-12-22) This is a long and detailed but very honest review based on my personal experience. Hopefully it will help you to make the right decision. we bought an expensive and brand name mattress "Airloom". The sales person sort of pushed us to also buy boxes and mattress protector from OC mattress in order to have gurantee otherwise they will not guarantee it the mattress. When time came to pay, my wife noticed it that the tax amount was calculated based on matress original price and not the sale price, she poliey complained however the answer was it is how it is. second surprise came when they delivered the wrong mattress, so we had to reject and wait for another week for re delivery. 6 months into our purchase the "ultra firm" mattress we have bought has started sinking! Very odd for a mattress priced about $4000. So first thing I called the store and they referred me to customer service (different department). I called and reported the issue to an assistant who was going to talk to her manager and I was promissed to get a call back, which I did not receive the call. Two months went by and I was wondering what to do that I received a call from an inspector, happy that hopefully things are moving forward, we did set up an appointment and the inspector checked the mattress and confirmed the sagging problem. (when I asked requested for the copy of report inspector mentioned that he is just a third party that is reporting this to manufacturer and to the OC mattress.) The inspector also mentioend any replacement or resolution will depend on the manufacturer criteria of defective item. Update: I thought I am going to deal with Airloom mattress shop and not the "OC mattress" as the seller. However as the result of sales manager direct contact with me, we were able to go to the store and simply arrange the replacement. It appears the after sale service in Airloom side is really slow and not customer friendly. Also when I google the internet to find the exact Airloom mattress that I have bought from OC mattress I can not find it, so in my opinion the Airloom Palisades collection is just made for OC mattress and probably done with lower quality to make it cheap and increase the profit marigin of the OC mattress. Conclusion: the fact that I had a bit of bad experience with Airloom mattress (a random faulty mattress? Maybe) is undniable, however the fact that Sales manager from OC mattress has reached out to me due to seeing my google review makes it relieving. We will be receiving a new mattress (same model Airloom Alverado, Ultra firm) and I will be updating this review afterward. Hoping for a good feedback.
