Portland Mattress Makers

Love our new mattress and the person who helped us was very knowledgable and even helped us bring the price down and still get what we were looking for. The delivery guys were great and took our old mattress. Very glad we “shopped local”

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience with Portland Mattress Makers! Our daughter needed a new queen box spring and mattress for her apartment because she has moved to Portland from New York State for a job. Our preference was to buy local so that we could pick up our items locally, rather than moving bedding 7.5 hours by car. I found Portland Mattress Makers online and sent them a text through their website after hours; Kenny texted right back the next morning. I called the number he gave me and spoke to a wonderful woman named Tracy and she helped me purchase the perfect box spring/mattress for our daughter at a reasonable price! We just picked up our items on Saturday, May 9th from their Portland location and set them up in our daughter's apartment that day. Our daughter told us her mattress is amazing. I highly recommend Portland Mattress Makers for your bedding needs. I think they have 3 locations, one in NH, so an excellent option for Maine, NH and even Massachusetts! Thank you!

Portland Mattress showroom on Fox Street is where we began our mattress buying journey. A weekend of visiting other local and national chains as well as the larger mattress vendors in Boston we returned to their store and chose their Mongegan Dunlop Latex and so far love it! With what we were searching for, their price was comparable and Sam and Tracy were truly helpful to work with. Worth a visit and the investment.

This was a great experience start to finish! I was buying an adjustable bed for my 95 year old mother. Tracy was super helpful with suggesting options and the 2 men who delivered it were professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Portland Mattress Makers!

We got a custom mattress from them for a narrow bed we had built. We were expecting to have to order a custom mattress online and it was great to be able to get it from a local shop instead. Super easy experience and their staff is great. Pretty quick turn around as well.
