Portland Mattress Makers

I am thankful that there are dedicated artisans focused on helping me sleep well! Every facet of my purchasing, receiving delivery and sleeping on the product has been superb! Wonderful people, glorious craft!

Buying a mattress is such a struggle! It was finally time for us to go big or go home! I searched for quality mattress makers and ran across Portland Mattress online. We went to the Andover showroom and checked them out. The woman there was so helpful and knowledgeable. I could feel the difference in the structure of the wood by touching model examples of what I was going to receive. Like the saying goes, you get what you pay for. We picked the best option for our needs and then waited for it to arrive. The communication for delivery went smoothly. The men showed up on time and were very professional. What a beautiful product you make! I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you Portland Mattress for making a quality product that will last for years! We will be back next time around. Keep it real!! Judy

I recently had the pleasure of working with Portland Mattress Makers in Andover and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the very beginning, their customer service stood out—Bonnie was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find exactly what we needed. What really sets them apart is their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. They took the time to answer all our questions and made sure we felt confident in our purchase. It’s clear that they take pride in their work and value their customers, which is something you don’t always find these days. On top of that, their pricing is extremely competitive. It’s refreshing to see a company that offers such high-quality products at fair and reasonable prices without compromising on service. If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy company with excellent customer care and great value, I highly recommend giving them a try. Supporting a family-owned business like this is an easy choice when they deliver such a positive experience.

This is the second custom mattress that we have purchased from Portland mattress company. We wanted a new mattress for one of the berths in our boat and as we had used this company before we went right to them. This is a very high-quality mattress and it fits perfectly in the space it was designed for. The template system works well. The mattress was ready in the timeframe we were told. We would definitely recommend Portland mattress.

Comfort is what its all about and boy did we get that with our new Portland Matress. Bonnie was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable about Matresses. There was no pressure to buy and we tested our fairshare. Once we decided on one, the delivery process was fine and within 2 weeks, we were sleeping like babies. We also love the fact that this matress is made in the USA. Thanks Portland Matress. Nice work. 👍
