My husband and I had been on a search for the best possible mattress that would meet our needs🤷🏻♀️ We decided to visit the PURPLE store at Easton.To be honest, at first we thought it was a little more than we were planning on spending, HOWEVER, we had not seriously looked for a new mattress in a long time! After multiple visits back to the store, no other mattress anywhere compared to the PURPLE one we liked! During our visits, we were never pressured or pushed to make the purchase! We had the pleasure of working with multiple sales staff, Emily the mgr, Patrick, and Jack, all of which were very knowledgeable, helpful, and may I say, NOT pushy in anyway. We finally decided to go with the
“Rejuvenate Plus Mattress” with the Dream Layer! Additionally we also got a set of their amazing sheets! We’ve had the mattress now for several months, and we must say, we’ve never had a better nights sleep than what we’ve had on this mattress! The staff and the delivery team were very nice and helpful as well! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend checking them out and consider getting yourself the what we feel is the BEST mattress out there❣️

Excellent experience with Emily. I knew that I wanted a Purple Mattress just not sure which one. Love my new purple mattress have had relaxing and amazing sleep with it. Moved to a quieter bedroom and purchased pillows from "Mellow" after returning the ones from Purple mattress which were uncomfortable.

Do not use this company for any mattress purchase! Nothing but a headache and still problem isn’t corrected. Purple used a third party for delivery and to setup all of which you pay for! Third party drivers came, broke my banister, took my old mattress, tore the new mattress they delivered, even took off the plastic cover and had their sweat all over it! They complained about working for Purple as a third party. To make matters worse, they couldn’t get the mattress upstairs! No mattress for us to sleep on since the old was hauled away and cannot use the “new” one. We refused the mattress obviously with how dirty and tore it was, I do have video showing everything. If I can save anyone from this havoc, I will. When Purple was contacted regarding a refund, they had the audacity of charging a return fee for the mattress and then a separate return fee for the mattress cover. Please consider taking your business elsewhere. Will post again later once they decide to pickup damaged mattress and a refund is issued along with return fees!!!

I was very happy with Patrick & my entire experience at Purple. Patrick was informational & a joy with which to work... a rarity these days in sales. I did not feel pressured in any sense, & felt like I could trust what I was being told... again a rarity in sales. My order was accurate & delivered within days. The delivery guys were very careful of the surroundings & considerate. I truly could not ask for more. Patrick & the delivery team at Purple exceeded my expectations... not an easy thing to do.

This mattress store has a perfect amount of service when it comes to getting the information you need based on the products they sell.
Not to mention they also don't work on commission which means anyone who's ever worried about being pressure into buying anything from a simple pillow to a full adjustable base & mattress can let those cares go.
The products they carry include:
5 different kinds of mattress, with 3 different gridded levels
4 different kinds of pillows, (Harmony being the best, in my opinion)
2 different colored Pajamas which fit amazingly well and provide breathability I absolutely love them
2 different kinds of sheet sets in a variety of colors for all mattress sizes. (The soft stretches in my opinion being the best for a well night of rest)
3 different kinds of seat Cushions (my favorite being the Royal and Double)
Now I don't remember all the details they gave me. However I will say that if your looking to get a new mattress, I would highly advise you to visit this place. The employees did a splendid job in helping me order mine and I even got to take home the pillow I wanted the same day. (btw it was a harmony, give it a try)
Side Note: A mask 😷 is required before entering.
