Purple - Lincoln Park

Had a wonderful experience here working with Bob! We originally went to Mattress Firm to try Purple but, it was such high pressure sales!! Driving by we found this company not commission based store. We loved working with Bob so much we bought a mattress on the spot. He helped inform us the benefits of each one without the high pressure sales. Highly recommend!

Bob is AMAZING! He was thorough, kind, and highly educated on helping people improve their sleep quality! I was not convinced about purple before entering the store and Bob’s expertise changed my mind! He was so methodical and listening to ours needs and always had a solution! also, Bob is just so nice and welcoming that it felt like we were talking with an old friend! We will be purchasing a purple mattress and cannot emphasize how nice it was to go into the store and learn what our needs were from a mattress with someone as thoughtful and helpful as Bob!

I went to the Purple - LP store on June 17 with my boyfriend, and Monica assisted us. She was so knowledgeable and helpful, and sent an estimate for the cost of the products we were interested in later that afternoon. We went back on June 24, and while Monica wasn't working, she had alerted her coworker that we were going to be coming in. We were helped by Bob, and he was so very knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful. We purchased both a mattress and a frame, and we were told our order would arrive in about 2-3 weeks. Much to our surprise, we were contacted 3 days later about our delivery being ready to set up! Our new mattress and frame were delivered and set up just 8 days after we placed our order. Our new bed and frame is AMAZING. HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURPLE - LP!!! Go see Monica or Bob!!!

Bob the showroom manager was phenomenal. He took the time to explain all the different products and never rushed us. Purple does not do commission-based sales so there was absolutely no pressure for us to make a purchase. I walked out very happy and am grateful for a physical store to try out the various mattresses before buying. Thanks Bob!

Bob is the best!! He was so knowledgeable, transparent, and friendly and didn't pressure us to buy a mattress. Just an all-around very positive and fun experience. The likelihood that we'll be coming back to purchase a Purple mattress because of Bob is extremely high. The store was clean and well organized and the mattresses were amazingly comfortable.
