I want to thank and commend Dave for his assistance, professionalism and kindness in helping me to select the best appliance for my home. Dave made me feel like family in the way he went above and beyond, showing me several different stoves, their specs and other details I inquired about. Dave asked me questions regarding my needs, provided information I had not considered and even saved me a few dollars that the "big box" store options I considered did not provide. His patience is to be admired and something that is rare in the field of customer service these days. Other specialists in the store were very kind and pleasant as well. Even the delivery of the stove to my home went well with it arriving as scheduled and set up in record time. I called Queen City looking for the same washer and dryer I had been waiting three months for from a big box store. Miss Latonia confirmed they were available and could be ready for delivery 2 days after purchase. She made sure she would be there in store when I arrived after work in order to make the purchase. Latonia was very nice, professional and cordial and made sure I received the best deal and delivery time. She also messaged us the day of delivery to see how everything went. I would definitely do business there again.

Had a wonderful experience with Dave and Tonya. They were kind and welcoming upon us arriving but gave us space to look at what I wanted. After searching for a replacement dryer spoke with SM Teresa on Friday. While checking with the Big Box stores (Home Depot nor Lowe’s) could compare with Queencity finally went to Queencity appliance on Monday was greeted by Dave. I purchased the appliance with Terasa. She setup the delivery date. Appliance was delivered with no issues earlier than expected exactly. I Highly recommend Queencity Appliance you won’t disappointed. Thank you Terasa & Dave.
