I dealt with Mr. Dennis Luker at QC in Salisbury. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! I had spoken with him on the phone on Thursday before I visited the store on Friday. Mr. Dennis was knowledgeable, kind and answered all my questions. I felt no pressure, just professional guidance and respected as if I was a valuable customer, not an annoyance. I look forward to receiving my new refrigerator/freezer (which I was blessed that they had in stock with next day delivery). I just hope the appliance I chose will serve me for many, many years to come. Thank you so much Mr. Dennis! You are a valuable asset to Queen City! My delivery was today! Trae and Tae were the two young men to take out my old built in refrigerator/freezer and install the new. They did an excellent job! They were professionals being careful and precise with each move they made. They even removed a board for tipping that I no longer needed. It was nice to see two young men with good work ethics with care and pride in their work and customer satisfaction! I hope the appliance I chose is as satisfactory as Mr. Dennis the Sales Specialist, and the delivery from Trae and Tae with removal and installation! Thank you!

I purchased a Queen city GE refrigerator, it was delivered on 2-14, I called the store on Monday 2-16 to complain about the doors not closing and several additional problems and they sent out their repairmen on 2-17. The repairman took several pictures of the broken refrigerator and stated it needed replaced and couldn't be repaired. I called Queen City to refused this Refridgerator. They said a GE representative has to look at it to verify the situation, they were to be here on Thursday 2-26 and and we waited all day and no one showed up. Finally received notice from GE representative to reschedule for Friday 2/27. Again we waited ALL day and the GE representative didn't show up again. GE promised to show up Monday the 3-2 and still no one has come to look at it. Now they are saying 3-16 for GE to evaluate it. Do not buy from queen city, all they do is stall and blame some one else. Very disappointed with Queen City and the customer support from GE.

Dennis helped us with a new washer and dryer. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. Ordered on Saturday and was delivered on Monday. Delivery was so easy. The guys were fast and very helpful. Great job Queen City.

6/30/2026 at approximately 1400 hours I visited this store to purchase appliance for my rental. I was never greeted coming in the store. I walked around several times looking at washers, dryers and refrigerators. Had my phone in hand to google reviews on appliances I was interested in buying…no one said may I help you or anything. 2 men standing behind the counter talking while the sales lady whom was conducting business on and in front of the Speed Queen washer in Dryer helped multiple customers. She start helping 2 older customers and finally moved from the area because one could not stand any longer to conduct business. This store was referred to me by a coworker.

Dennis was wonderful helping us pick out our new kitchen appliances. Explained everything in great details about all the different models and was a pleasure to deal with.
