My purchase with JC was quick and easy. He showed me the brands of over the range microwaves I was interested in. The paperwork for the purchase, a rebate, delivery and set up was explained. The installers that came (on schedule) to install the microwave did a great job. They even cleaned up the area after they were finished. It was a quick process, removing the old microwave, installing the new one and hauling it away. I was very pleased with overall process.

I saw television ads a few times for Queen City and decided to check them out in lieu of the big box stores. Mr. J.C. Winkler showed me several options around my price point and was very knowledgeable about their products. The delivery and installation was fast, professional, and with good communication throughout. This is definitely the type of no-hassle, friendly experience that generates loyal customers.

Excellent selection of appliances combined with outstanding customer service - including price match policy - and smooth delivery on top of that has made QC our go to place for appliance shopping ! Mr Winkler was fantastic to work with. Never again will we shop "big box" stores for appliances! Personalized service, great price and selection...all far exceeded expectations.

When we got there he had 2 ovens in stock that would fit the hole and helped us decide which would suit us better. We appreciate his efforts and help. We'll definitely go back to Queen City for our next appliance need.
