Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Came in looking for a couple of items for our new apartment, a couch and a small Dining room table. The wife and I had sold our big house where we raised a family and are ready to downsize to a smaller place to get our living expenses down. We donated a lot of old furniture and wanted a new leather couch. Found what we wanted in the Dryden model, which was solidly built, but simple without too many remotes and wires. A 10% off sale helped bring the cost down even more. Michael, the store rep, was attentive without being pushy and was helpful as we got the order set up, and it was set up for delivery 4 days later. We wound up finding the table we wanted at a R&F Outlet a half hour away to boot and were able to merge the orders to save on delivery charges.

They made good on their warranty after our couch mechanics stopped working and the cushions flattened. The entire thing was seamless, and we bought a new couch the same day the tech came to inspect the couch. Highly recommend this ocean store in particular. The sales associates are very nice & super helpful

After some exploring for couches at various stores, I ended up at Raymour & Flanigan. I was greeted by Mike F. who took time answering all my questions, never once did I feel rushed or pressured. Mike is definitely experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. I ended up purchasing a couch and two chairs which, I am very pleased with. From my experience with Mike to the delivery I would highly recommend checking out Raymour & Flanigan.

My husband and I stopped in the store just to peruse and get some ideas of furniture pieces we liked for our new home when we move. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Neil who was extremely kind and very upfront and informative about the sale going on. Throughout our walk through, Neil would check in with us to see if we had any questions and showed us things about some pieces of furniture we missed. We ended up falling for a couch and table set, and neil helped us check out and set up delivery for just after our move in date. Would definitely recommend working with him :)

Huge store with so many eye-catching pieces! I immediately began imagining a whole new scene in my own home. Neutral colors mostly but with plenty of colorful accessories to add to the look you want. I love deep seated sofas and there were plenty of those to sink into. I bought a recliner...Ronny was very helpful in showing me all the styles I said I was looking for, and it's just what I need for my comfort. Next will be a new mattress, and possible one of those perfect sofas. And a lamp, or two... we'll see. Very nice people there, very appealing furniture and home decor, no rush and a pleasant bright atmosphere. I was in and out, but I will return to browse through someday soon. It's that kind of place!
