I had an outstanding experience working with Erica. She was incredibly knowledgeable about mattresses as well as the other products throughout the store. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand my needs and, most importantly, respected my budget. Instead of trying to upsell me or focus on making a sale, she genuinely looked out for my best interests. Retail is not an easy job. Day after day, employees deal with all kinds of personalities, answer the same questions repeatedly, and often hear, "Thank you, we'll let you know," after spending significant time helping customers. It takes patience, professionalism, and dedication to provide great service consistently. What stood out most was Erica's attitude. When I explained my budget, she didn't make me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Instead, she smiled and said, "Let's figure it out together." That simple statement showed me she truly cared about helping me find the right mattress rather than just making a commission. Employees like Erica are rare. She is a tremendous asset to the company, and her professionalism, honesty, and customer-first approach deserve to be recognized. I sincerely hope management acknowledges her hard work because she has certainly earned it. If anyone is shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Erica—you'll be in excellent hands.

She was very attentive to my needs, very patient with me, very very kind, and knew exactly which automatic recliner I could use. That's what I went in to get in the store that I went to has many selections to choose from. I told Laura what I wanted and what I needed, and she brought me to at least five chairs that I could use. I am disabled so just no ordinary automatic recliner would do. I found one that I liked immensely and purchased it. Thanks to Laura's guidance I kept I went out extremely happy with my purchase. I intend to go back and I want now to get a mattress and an automated bed that could lift up my legs and help my back pain. Laura is an amazing representative of Raymour and Flanigan furniture stores.
