Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

We found our new family room set with so much to choose from. Salespeople gave us our space to look! Nothing worse than being followed around. Prices were great and can’t wait to get our new furniture!! Even got a little extra discount from Jaime which is always nice!

We couldn’t ask for anything better than this! This are hard working professionals! From the sellers; management;and to the delivery team is pure excellence. We are very happy with the high quality furniture; service; and doing business with them. Raymour & Flanigan are the best in the Northeast region! Special thanks to Karen Doll and Jaime Velasquez; they’re super!

I had a great experience with the customer service team. From the moment I reached out, they were polite, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me resolve my issue. The representative listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made sure all my questions were answered. What stood out the most was how quickly and efficiently my concern was handled. I didn’t feel rushed, and they went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the outcome. It’s rare to find such friendly and professional service these days. Overall, I’m very impressed and would definitely recommend this company based on their excellent customer support. Thanks to Oshane Blackford
