My spouse and I had been looking for a dining room set for quite some time. One weekend, we decided to visit a few stores just to get some ideas. We went to Ashley Furniture and actually liked a particular model, but because of our experience with the salesperson there, we were sure we wouldn’t return. After leaving Ashley Furniture, we decided to check out Raymour & Flanigan across the street. At the entrance, Helan greeted us. We explained that we were just browsing for ideas, and she kindly let us know she’d be happy to help if we needed anything. We continued looking around, and after a while, we came across a model that really matched our taste. Helan provided us with all the information we needed in a very professional and friendly manner. She also offered us a great discount. In the end, we were able to purchase a high-quality product we truly liked at a very reasonable price, with complete peace of mind. Helan, I would give you 100 stars if I could, but the system only allows 5. My spouse and I truly thank you!

I received all my items in couple of days. Delivery and assembly went smooth as well. Definitely will be returning when refreshing rest of my apartment.

Definitely an easy & great experience looking for then purchasing the stools for our kitchen island. Even easier was the delivery. Helene set us up for delivery in three days. Got email with delivery window. The two guys were here at 8AM sharp. The stools were already assembled & the delivery was complete within 10 minutes. The two guys were gone so fast we didn’t get to tip them. Thank you Raymour & Flanigan.

I was looking for a specific size sectional and my last stop was here and I had the pleasure in working with Lemma Katat she was patient with me and not pushy at all. Assured me the couches would fit. She explained to me the time it would take especially since I went with a different color. I was in no rush so i was ok with it, they actually came in a little sooner than the expected delivery date. The day of delivery the guys were courteous, the sectional was assembled quickly. At first i wasn’t happy with my color choice but after purchasing an area rug couple art work it’s coming together. The couches are sturdy and built well. Overall experience with R&F was wonderful.

We were very happy with our Raymour & Flanigan experience! We were searching for a couch and love seat. Our salesperson; Lemma Katat was very friendly with us showing us around the store. And was very patient with us when we couldn’t make a color choice. Even the delivery was easy. They text you a link the day of your delivery. It lets you know how many deliveries they have before yours and the approximate time. And it was very accurate!
