He showed us few offering to give information on each one with out actually being pushy. We felt no pressure to buy anything. We fell in love with these powered heated messaging couches. We bought 2. He was a pleasure to work with and not only set but exceeded delivery expectations and even reached out afterwards to make sure we were happy. I will be buying all my furniture from Jose going forward. We are a few months after our purchase and are so happy with our couches. See you soon
