RC Willey

RCWilley and especially Jeff V., were fantastic.Jeff found us exactly what we needed and at a fantastic price. Ben, our installer, did a beautifully professional install. This is the guy you want doing the work. He's very skilled and super nice. Needless to say, RC Willey and Ben will be our goto for appliances and home goods.

We recently moved to Idaho & absolutely love this store! So far we have purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer, a dining room table and getting new carpet installed next week. Tracie who helped us with picking out our carpet was wonderful & extremely patient….we had no idea choosing new carpet would be so difficult (they have thousands to choose from)!! 😆 We plan on purchasing several more items along the way, as many of the furniture from our old home doesn’t match/fit our new one. We’ve had the same delivery driver, Riley, every delivery and he’s amazing. He’s extremely helpful, kind & goes above & beyond to make sure he doesn’t damage your home/entryways or the furniture/appliances you just purchased. Actually, he’s so great, I’d like to hire him to come work for our company!

Delivery on time, set up quickly no issues. Our entire house has been an RC Willey house between furniture and appliances. Great salesmen and women at the store.

Overall this was a good experience at RCWilley. Our sales rep, Kim Williams, was helpful in making a selection. The delivery folks were careful, courteous and on-time. The new oven was delivered in perfect condition. Upon installation it worked properly with no issues. My wife loves the new range!

I walked in and after only a few minutes, I found the perfect sofa set in the perfect color. Brady was very helpful navigating me through the simple process of purchase & delivery. Speaking of… delivery was less than a week. The 2 gentlemen that came were on time & courteous. They set up quickly & even helped move a chair. The entire experience was satisfying & a breeze.
