Sleep Number

My experience with the Sleep Number Store has been fantastic from choosing my frame and bed in the store to the delivery and set up of my frame and bed. The representative in the store was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful. I appreciated his honesty and advice in selecting my mattress. The delivery drivers were quick efficient and very good. They explained the set up of my bed and showed me how to use my new adjustable bed. I highly recommend buying a sleep number bed. Everyone from start to finish has been excellent. Thank you!

The well laid out show room was busy when we arrived but in a few moments AJ Betancourt, the store manager, stepped up to help answer all of our questions. We knew we wanted a Sleep Number bed as we had previously purchased one in 1997. We owned it until we moved in 2021. The new models are more advanced in their features than the one we originally owned but after a conversation with AJ we were confident in making the purchase of the model we had researched. The entire staff was friendly and greeted us when we first arrived though they were helping other customers at that time. It was a great experience dealing with the friendly, well-informed staff at the Sleep Number showroom.

AJ, our sales representative, was very friendly & informative. I appreciated him taking the time to find out our needs and desires. AJ did not demonstrate any pressure to buy. He just allowed us to figure out what we wanted and helped us get all the discounts available.

Great experience! Kyle was polite, personable and down to earth. He educated us on the products like a professional, but never pushed anything just to make a sale. 10/10 recommend, especially if Kyle is involved!

Leroy met my wife and I immediately after we walked into the store. Instead of trying to sell us a mattress, he was more interested in learning about us, our needs and why we were shopping for one. Also, instead of trying to sell us the highest-priced item they had, he concentrated in understanding what our specific needs were and then demonstrating which of their mattresses actually met those needs. He was clearly focused on solving a problem for us (lack of comfortable sleep) - and not focused on selling a mattress. That is a WINNING attitude and a recipe for satisfied customers!
