Relax The Back

We purchased a Casper Snow Max mattress and adjustable base last year, and it has completely transformed our sleep! Glen, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to guide us through every step, making the process effortless. We’ve truly never slept better! It was an awesome experience from start to finish, and I can’t recommend this store enough!

Save your time and money - buy directly from the manufacturer. There are some good products on display here, so it’s useful as a showroom, but I did not share the positive experience of other commenters here. I went in this afternoon knowing what I was looking for, but ready to buy locally rather than online. I told the salesman exactly what I wanted, but his price was about 20% higher than the manufacturer’s website. He tried to tell me I must’ve been looking at the wrong product, etc., and that his price was the best available. I thanked him for his time, came home, and saved over $100 by ordering myself. I don’t even mind that his price was higher, but I did not appreciate the dismissive way in which I feel was treated. EDIT: spare us the disingenuous public responses. This fake persona isn’t at all consistent with the bs you were about in the store - typical salesman. Receipts attached to prove it was exactly the price I mentioned. Like I said, I don’t even mind paying more in-store locally. But I most certainly do NOT appreciate you trying to say I must’ve been looking at the wrong product, etc. Stop with the foolishness!

Glen was very knowledgeable and informative. He spent time letting me try various products to arrive at the right fit. He took a real interest in making sure things worked and was transparent on pricing. When I returned with a potential problem, he addressed it directly and honestly and provided excellent advice. If he’s not a manager, he should be.

Well, we met Glen and he is a Wellness expert!! Glen lived up to all the reviews! We ordered 2 recliners. We do not have them as of yet but in the store we could feel the difference in our back and hips just in the chairs at the store. Glen was so knowledgeable and spent such time helping us. Once our chairs arrive I might have to post again for more praise!

Was looking for office chairs and Glen the store owner helped me choose the right chairs . Glen is very knowledgeable about all the products that he sells and a pleasure to work with. I recommend giving Glen with Relax The Back a shot to earn your business you won’t regret it.
