Relax The Back

Robert Walker was wonderful. He took his time to show me around the store and gave me plenty of helpful information. He listened to my needs and followed up in a way I really appreciated. What stood out the most was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He understood that a purchase like this takes time to think through and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. A great experience.

I love my chair that I bought 15 years ago and used it everyday. I bought a new one for me and my husband. Excellent experience. I have baThank you for the good service and the wonderful chair..

Very nice store with everything I wanted to see available to try out. Knowledgeable and pleasant staff. A great experience and top-shelf products.

They let me sit in the chair I was thinking of buying for as long as I wanted and offered to let me come back with a laptop and spend time actually working from it before purchasing. I did ultimately purchase, and there was no mark up vs buying directly from the manufacturer.

James the store manager went above and beyond getting us the right fit for pillows for my spouse with neck problems and also two mattresses in our new home in Carmel. He helped us seamlessly with exchanging one of the mattresses when we discovered it was too soft for our aging backs. I would definitely revisit this particular store (despite it being out of our home area) for buying any products they offer.
