Brad was very helpful and made the whole process easy. He took the time to understand what I needed without being pushy. He explained everything clearly and made me feel confident in my purchase. Initial experience was great, salesman was nice and informative. Received my couches after waiting a month and it’s not what I was sold. Floor model had a pop up sleeper and we stated to the salesman that we really liked that feature and wanted to purchase the couch just in a different color. The couch does not have a pop up sleeper and I was told by the store I could pay the difference of $300 to change it out. I’m not paying for something that I should have already received and was under the impression I was getting. This was the first and last purchase I will ever make with them.

We came in to window shop for our new apartment and left with a new couch. Rafik helped us out and he was so kind and super patient with us. He greeted us at the door and left us alone to browse, checked up on us and waited until we made a decision. The buying/finance process was super easy. Super excited for our new couch to arrive.

My husband and I purposely chose to visit this Rooms to Go location over others because we expected to have a good experience. Unfortunately, it was the complete opposite. We entered through the side entrance near the kids' department and made a full lap around the store, yet not a single sales associate approached us. At first, I thought it might have been because we came in through an alternate entrance, so we walked all the way to the front of the store and entered through the main doors. We passed no fewer than five employees standing together, and not one of them acknowledged us or even said hello. I have an account with Rooms to Go and am in desperate need of a new sofa. This was going to be a Father's Day purchase because my husband found the set he wanted—the Copperfield. However, not being helped or approached by a single employee left a sour taste in our mouth. In fact, we were approached by other families who were shopping and comparing furniture while we were never approached by an actual associate. We will likely visit another location and hope for a better experience, or possibly just shop online instead. However, I felt it was important to share my experience because this has never happened to me before, and I hope it doesn't happen to another family.
