Chis was very knowledgeable with every question and concern I had. The store was very clean, easy to navigate, visual displays helped and overall was an extremely pleasant experience. The delivery was smooth and prices were fair. The mattress itself did wonders, my body feels so much better. I’s made locally so that’s great to hear it definitely feels premium and solid to last. The mattress upgrade has really helped me and held up. I got a mattress protector as well which I feel confident with. Overall I would highly recommend them, I considered other locations but I’m happy with making this choice and Chris was great at explaining everything to me during the process. My next purchases will be from here and I’ll highly recommend to family, friends, and those reading this review. Thank you!

We looked all over for a good mattress. We wanted a mattress that we could flip, had good support and one we could afford. We found it at the Original Mattress Factory. This Mattress saved my back. Update Oct 3 2025 A rep, Chris, called me saying that my mattress was still under their 12 year warranty. So I am adding 1 star for OMF reaching out to me. I did buy my mattress 5 years ago. supposed to be flippable. The thing weighs a couple hundred pounds, had to be delivered by three grown men. So it has never been flipped. It was comfortable, but after 5 year, it has the normal dip. It is a hybrid foam and coil spring. never again

The purchase in the showroom was quick, informative, and low-pressure. Delivery was fast and inexpensive, and they took away the old mattresses at low cost. More important was the service. We ordered the wrong size. The delivery team called the warehouse and arranged for the same style of mattress in a different size to be put on another truck. We got the replacement the same day, only a few hours after the original delivery. It was quick, easy, and painless. Plus, the mattresses themselves are great. Thanks!

I finally got a good mattress but ended up paying a lot more than I was given the impression I would because I had to return the first one because it was way too soft. I tried it for three months before breaking down and going back. I don't think I would use them again quite frankly because there are better return policies on other mattresses that get higher or at least the same reviews from consumer reports and other reporting agencies. The service was very good.
