Saatva

We wanted to replicate the feel of a Four Seasons bed and Saatva was recommended. Surprised to find this store nearby. All the mattresses and foundation are represented at the Balto store. Staff were very busy during our visit and not much help. We went back another time and staff were very helpful when less busy. They matched all the online discounts that I found including Wire cutter which is the best. Saved about 30% off of retail after Presidents day sale.

Saatva Baltimore at Harbor East offers an exceptional shopping experience defined by its professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Maniyah M., whose expertise in mattress comfort levels and construction details was both impressive and reassuring. She took the time to thoroughly explain each option without any pressure or pushy sales tactics; instead, she focused on understanding my needs and guiding me toward the perfect fit, which was a refreshing change from typical retail environments. The entire team demonstrated a deep commitment to customer satisfaction, making the experience not only stress-free but also enjoyable. Their professionalism, combined with the beautiful, clean showroom and the absence of any aggressive sales behavior, truly sets Saatva apart. I left feeling confident, informed, and valued as a customer.

Five star experience We walked in and met a young man. That was the salesman. Very nice cordial. We already knew which mattress we wanted to look at we sampled it. The mattress was recommended to us by Donald Trump. Yes, the president of the United States saying it was one of the best mattresses he’s ever slept on in his life. The salesman talk to us for a few we purchased it. He went over the finer points of delivery and the warranty. Was no push no hard cell the mattress speaks for itself Even though we lived close to DC, we went to Baltimore As the restaurant seemed to be a hell of a lot better there Thanks, Donald. We’re keeping America Strong by buying a US maid mattress.

I had an exceptional experience at the Sataava Mattress showroom in Baltimore thanks to a kind Navy Veteran (I can’t remember his name) . His product knowledge was outstanding, and he took the time to understand my sleep needs without ever making me feel rushed. He guided me through the different mattresses with patience, honesty, and genuine care, helping me find the perfect fit for my comfort and budget. Highly recommend their service!

Noelle was patient and knowledgeable. Made sure I had her contact information, and made sure I knew how to contact her or her coworkers if I had anymore questions or issues on product delivery. Can't wait to get the new mattress delivered.
