Saatva

We had a great experience! Mike was incredibly helpful — he took the time to explain everything, answered all our questions, and made sure we got the best price possible. Excellent customer service and smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Amazing service. Incredibly helpful team member worked with us. We knew qualities in a mattress that we were looking for and he showed is options that best aligned with our needs. He was a wonderful guide. Very knowledgable and never once made us feel pressured. He answered all of our questions without hesitation. Seamless checkout experience. The viewing room and floor model mattresses were very clean. We liked that they used hygienic personal mattress and pillow covers for each customer to maintain cleanliness for all. Overall great experience. Thank you.

The first thing that I noticed about this store, was the amazing scent as soon as I walked in. The most calming and pleasant, clean aroma that reminds of a spa. The most important of course was the sales people were perfectly lovely to work with. Knowledgeable and helpful and helped me pick and decide my purchase painlessly. Answered all my questions with endless patience. Thank you Gary and Alexandra for your help. Can't wait for my mattress to be delivered.

This review is targeted at Saatva not the Manhasset location!!! I just want to say I had a great experience at the showing room but unfortunately my order was never processed after it was submitted which had nothing to do with the in store folks. They used the system as intended and this was confirmed when I contacted support. They had an internal system issue where my order was essentially stuck in processing. For nearly a month my order status never changed and we had perfectly timed it up with the gentleman in the store (again this had nothing to do with him… he was incredible and very welcoming). We timed this up since we were moving cross country so we did not have to sleep on the floor yet a company as prestigious as Saatva lost my order. That being said all they could do was give me a VERY partial refund and tell me they will put in a request to have it expedited but that’s all they can do. They told me that the production team has the last say on if they actually expedite it. Absolutely unreal. Loved my experience in store but absolutely cannot believe how much money and time I spent to be sleeping on an air mattress for potentially an extra month….

I must say that Saatva mattress are reviewed on Youtube like crazy. I was in the market for a new mattress so I went to the Manhasset, NY store to try out the bed before I made my purchase besides that my wife fell in love with the aroma they had in the store. Alyssa R. was very helpful in explaining the difference between the mattress. I went with Saatva Classic Mattress Luxury Firm as it was rated as one of the best mattress for 2025 on YouTube .
