I went to the Saatva viewing store in Pasadena to determine and test which American-made mattress is the right type and comfort for my needs. Although the Saatva website has considerable info on each type of mattress and an online quiz to determine the best fit, I think it is necessary to check out the mattresses in person. My salesperson was Gil, and he provided detailed information about the types of mattresses, and answered all my questions. I had the opportunity to test for at least 5 minutes the mattress type best suited to meet my needs, and get info and see other accessories. The entire experience was well worth the long trip to Pasadena (which was the closest Saatva viewing store to where I live). I am glad I had the opportunity to rest on the mattress type that I ended up purchasing. It was recently delivered free of charge, and they took away the old mattress also at no charge. Finally, I can get excellent sleep again!

That turned out to be a costly mistake. I paid $2,500–$3,000 for a king-size mattress. Delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the delivery team dumped it at my doorstep and left—in the rain. No installation. No warning. No accountability. I live in a small condominium. The mattress was meant for a second-floor bedroom but instead blocked my entire entrance. Customer support told me they’d “send help in a couple of days,” as if this was somehow acceptable. With no alternative, my wife, teenage son, and I tried to move it ourselves—impossible. I ended up paying local workers out of pocket to haul and install it. When I complained, one of their representatives laughed on the call, then dismissed my claim entirely. This company takes your money and disappears when problems arise. Recently seeing them associated with the Olympics is disturbing—elite athletes deserve far better than a brand that shows this level of negligence and disrespect. Do not trust the reviews. Do not waste your hard earned money. I trusted them and got the disappointment. Pls take care. (Photos attached.)

I went to the new location in Pasadena to purchase a pillow. Aaron was great! He had me try each of the pillows that are offered, both the regular height as well as the higher height. I purchased the Organic Quilted pillow. Unfortunately after sleeping on it for a few nights it didn’t work for me. Aaron was awesome and was more than happy to allow me to return it. I then purchased the Latex pillow and am now waiting for it to arrive and to have a good night sleep. Cheers to Aaron and to Saatva for outstanding service and amazing products.

My husband and I recently went to the Saatva Mattress Viewing Store located in Pasadena.We had a great shopping experience with Aaron, who was the Saatva Representative that helped us. Aaron was a treasure for sure with his knowledge of all the Saatva products that were available. He knew the answer to all of the many questions we asked or he quickly was able to look it up on his computer. What a friendly encounter. Thanks Aaron!!

Very serene showroom when you walk through the door off the busy street. Our salesman was very informative about the Back Rx mattress that I purchased & answered all of my questions. I can’t wait to be sleeping on my new bed!
