Sleep Number

Michael did a great job explaining the different mattresses, starting from the very beginning, understanding what our needs were and what we were looking for, and not trying to oversell us on any of the products because of that thoughtfulness. We purchased sheets, blankets, pillows, and we would have purchased an adjustable Base to go with our new mattress; however, you all do not offer the vibration feature that we currently have on our own 11-year-old adjustable base mattress. I highly recommend adding that feature to your adjustable basis. The Barboursville Sleep Number facility did a great job. I also recommend tenting the windows at that facility to help put buyers in a sleepy mood, so it’s relaxing and feels inviting overall. Incredibly satisfied. Can’t wait to get our mattress and start sleeping on it.

What a smooth experience! Michael and the staff were helpful , knowledgeable, and explained everything thoroughly about Sleep Number mattresses. We bought one on the first day because we knew there was no better mattress for us. The quality of the product combined with Michael’s service made it a no-brainer..

Wasn't planning to buy a bed here but April spent about 3 hours with us. We tried every bed repeatedly until I had it narrowed down and finally made the call. Two things you never skimp on - shoes and a mattress. I spent 3x what I paid for my last one but I think this one will be the last one I need. April was great. I'd recommend these folks to anyone who doesn't mind spending time to learn about their product and which one is right for their specific needs.

Stopped in on a whim and left with a new mattress. Michael was sooo nice and very patient when answering all the tough questions we had. We spent about 4 hours in store and he was engaged the whole time. He provided much needed assurance and guidance for such an important decision. Wish we would have visited 20 years ago.

We had been shopping around for a bed for several weeks and were undecided on which type of bed to go with. When we walked in to the Sleep Number store April was welcoming and did a great job of showing us the difference in each bed and demonstrating each for us. It made our decision a no brainer at that point. I cant say enough about how great she was and would recommend anyone looking for a new bed to stop in and talk to April!
